“ Delicious we ordered through Doordash. Started with Calamari which was different then the usual. It looked like it would be spicy but was not, it was tasty. My husband ordered a stuffed pork skin, that was over vermicelli,,with a small side of shredded lettuce and tiny daikon salad. It was tasty reminded me of a wet flattened eggroll. I had a pork bowl, that had a good portion of ground pork that was formed and cut into strips over a lettuce and vermicelli mix. Also with the tiny daikon salad and crushed peanuts. I thought it came with soup? But maybe that was another item. My guess because it was a to-go order, the items were deconstructed . Sweet fish sauce was on the side. Somewhat healthy fresh tasting food. ”

“ Love the chain of Ca Dao restaurants. Their broth is so refreshing. This location was a bit heavy on the star anise flavor. My favorite is the broken rice dish with the pork chop, meatloaf, and shredded pork and side broth, of course. We had a big party and they accommodated us very fast. Service was fast. Friendly. ”

Perhaps heating the noodles for about 30 seconds before serving could improve the texture. The restaurant's decor is lovely, and the server was very helpful. I especially appreciated the build-your-own-bowl option--a unique and interesting concept. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to try more dishes on the menu. ”

The server nods in agreement and then when I get my pho, I feel like there's extra noodles Not sure if it's a language barrier thing or a communication lapse between server and kitchen staff but happens every time without fail. Has become the running joke of my family. ”
